well this morning on way to work got up the road then the bike just died. so pulled over and turned it over a couple of times. and was turning over really fast but not starting so thought it could be compression. pushed it home :emb: cheacked spark to make sure and it was ok. then put my finger over plug hole and turned it over and i could keep my finger over it while it was turning over. so left it went to work thern came home whipped barrel off. their is a bit of a chip out of piston on top, then is crushed abit, rings broke broke and bottom their is abit of damage. barrel is scored slightly in places and at the bottom their is a little crack on the bottom bit.
right other day i took the barrel and piston off too see damage.got a pic of the piston. poor picture but never mind lol. and i have dropped the engine out to make the job easier when the bits come that i orded and flushed out the engine and managed to retrieve a bit of broken ring.
ooooh i wonder hus gna hav ther sr-ice 125 done first?????
btw what would be easiest for an ice 125, typhoon engine and loom or sr engine and loom? lyk loom connection wise??
btw kyle please stick pm59 on it!!! (uno just for jokes lol)
he will go with a scorp like me. as far as i know, they are both the same to do as far as dificulty comes. SR engine fits in nice though as people have already said. typh mounts are a bit closer together i think.
giving it a decent clean while i get chance spraying trans case again cleaning spraying pipe maybe bit of polish on can will get some more pics for laugh. polished res cap and brake levers. wait till bits come get it back together then get some mot on it.
