    The carb is removed and its getting a good clean out the main jet is 95 the idle and the other are unknown sizes no markings on them. However i do have 4 other main jets to hand now these are 60,65,70 and 80.I also have to hand an idle jet size 38 and a pilot jet size 45 would any of these be ok or what other size would you recommend ill go and buy them i dont normally mess with these just adjust mixture etc jet sizes etc im clueless to be honest

    You need a 90 main jet. 80 is way to small...
    And you need to do the jetting with the airbox on...

    Well cleaned out the carb so far havent put it on yet as i phoned a garage they wont touch it they are a nightmare aparently lol however he did say that he believes they are restricted to rough 35 mph in the uk and suggested i change out the cdi for a unrestricted one also said to try a new reed valve i got a el cheapo reed valve off ebay thinking about replacing that with a better reed is the cdi a right move or will i be wasting more money?

    also just seen a racing reed i can aquire could this be used if everything is stock?
