Sym Syphony 125 scooter keys

Hi

Can anyone tell me if the ignition key fits the glove box on the steering coloumn as I have just bought the scooter and I dont want to force it.
Its a 2008 model.

unless of course the previous owner changed the ignition because some little scroat tried to nick it? Then you would have different keys for ignition lock, seat and glovebox locks. Cheaper to buy an ignition than a lock set innit.
