Suzuki katana ay50wk4 all around problems

    I'm a Peugeot man Steve, my knowledge of Suzukis is from the A100N/GP100/GP125 era.

    hey thanks for answer , i believe it was just left over some oil as today i filled with cooling liquid and started it a bit straigt on without any massive smokes so far not did not try to ride it out but as it looks so far its not as bad as yesterday. Am i wrong to presume that ?

    hey merlin this small whoose on manifold is not cloged its just have some buble seal i presume , as you cannot blow but u can suck? (tasted oil by the way when try to suck it. Any possibility that this work with engine vacum togetgher and opens only when intake of petrol and air is going togetgher than this opens and takes oil too ?

    In that case, connect the vacuum line to that pipe and the oil feed line to the pipe on the carb. If the one-way valve only works with vacuum, that should solve the problem and both pipes will work. I suspect that someone tried the oil feed on there and it didn't work out.
