Just got back and its fuck all really, a washer got chewed up that goes behind the variator and killed the variator backplate/ramp, (polini or malossi vari time now)
and I'm pretty sure my clutch is bent (rear torque drive?) as it is touching the rear casing, which would happen if the belt was out of line wouldn't it?

WHat replacements would you reccommend then?

new variator as you said, nuts, washers and take off clutch and check to see that the rear gear drive isn't bent

you nutter... if they fucked it then make them fix it for free, and if for some reason which is beyond me at the moment, they wont, then why the hell would you get them to do the work again when its obvious they havnt got a fucking clue what there doing and dont give a shit about there customers :msn1: :msn1:

I'd be talking to trading standards by now. Don't be a mug, get something out of them. Either free labour or free parts. They have a duty to do the work properly. They were obviously negligent by letting an apprentice do the work.

The law is on your side.
