    i aInT stUpId - 1. fuckin mint i got a torrent, i could have got the demo.

    2. i get 3 warnings before any legal action is taking if they think im downloading

    3. i crypt all my harddrives with AES encryption so after i cut it all up and blend them up id love 2 see little old pc faggot try getting the data off my hard drive

    :mod: also lol at customs and excides, doesnt their policy cleary state no legal action can be taken without consultation from the ISP? from my ISP's end im just making normal collections downloading files. What their going to be looking for is the teenagers downloading 2GB a night in porn, or Mr Hotford down the road downloading child pornography.

    Oh yeah, also that sims 3 was a demo :amen: :rotfl:

    Downloading a .torrent file isn't but when it's attached to copyright material that you don't own a licence to use then it is. Which you stupidly admitted to.

    A torrent file just points to where to get the parts of the file. Just like a .nzb and others.

    You do realise that you linked to a page that proved yourself wrong? :rotfl:

    Torrents are 100% legal, if they are linked to NON-Copyrighted materials.
    If they are linked to copyrighted content, then using the torrent to download it IS illegal

    lol joe na but i formmated it using dban cuz i had a virus :blink: the only ppl that get sued are the ones that download like 12 songs when kids are downloading 2,30000 :lol:

    yeah i was just saying people get sued millions for downloading like 12 songs 80,000 per song and then kids are downloading litterly GB's and they don't get caught or w/e its fucked. some girl can get sued for downloading a couple then another gets sued the same for downloading GB's its madness imo

    encrypted hard drives? m8, your young.. think theres not somone out there that can undoo what youve done? even a low level format can be 98% restored given time.

    again, beliving what your told... you think the governments of the world cant find a way to read your encrypted hard drives? you can plain TAKE THEM APART, throw them in a hard reader and read whatever has been placed on them (yes upto 10 overwrites) like i said encryption is all well and good if your using a computer, your a fool if you think theres not somone out there who CAN read your hard drives contence, previouse contence and first format...

    low level format is basicly removed data, completly, and it can be restored wiht the right hardware

    fuck using computers, try reading up on some government hardware. your being ignorant AGAIN thinking you know everythign about everything and basicly arguing an obscure point as your first was proven wrong... children and women argue like this, kjust admit you are wrrong, you HAVE left a confession to downloading shit on an OPEN forum the police DO monitor about stolen bikes/parts and illegal bikes/riders. you DO think because you have a SOFTWARE encryption that nobody on the planet can read your hard drive, this is only true all the time its in your computer (unless of course you have any software on your comp you dont know about and is more advanced than your own and has dummy encrypted files, yes it happens lots thanks and leaves a password for anyone with a clue to open) besides the point thoi

    if you ARE arrested for downloading they DO take tyour computer and no ammount of core purging/encryption or deletiuon will stop them RIPPING the thing apart and finding EVERY file you EVER had on the hdd... if not in its entirity atleast a complete file list (depending on formats)

    need to read up on how a hard drive works me thinks and stop living asif software will save you from everything. get some education

    i understand and respect everything u said 100% but i guess its my ignorance or what ever but AES cannot be cracked :amen: but yeah took what u said and learnt from it :hmm:
