    I've totally fucked my sleeping pattern, I aint got one now infact!

    well sound like you'v got it all planned jamie, i'm with you on that one though,i can tolerate alot of things but cheating is just a big no. aaaanyway, up again at sillyo'clock in the morning ,havent slept yet,been sanding down panels all night and cleaning rondom parts + soldering some led lights. gona go out and fill the bike and some cans with petrol before 6 coz of the petrol strike.

    parents are back on sunday so i got from now till then to clean up tell the neighbours to keep it hush hush and replace shit that got damaged. probs jus end up havin another 2morrow night though, you london boys in? :p

    been riding most of the night. came home about an hour ago hoping to go to bed then i get a call from the the landlady's daughter saying shes locked out of her flat so i had to bring spare keys all the way to her, then a call from the gf asking me to come see her at college at 12 so i think a trip to macdonalds breakfast and tesco garage for redbull is in order :pimp:

    oh my god i actually think i have insomnia i havent been able to sleep for like the last 3 weeks and today i even bought some sleeping pills and obviously theyve done fuck all im well annoyed, any1 know a good way to get to sleep?
