hi guys , wondering if you could all help me out . Last week I jumped on my bike which is a Lexmoto street 125 and when pressing the foot brake it felt like it had seized , I pressed it down with force when I stopped and it activated the brake , but then had to pull it back into position . I’ve just disconnected the rod from my wheel then tried it , the pedal goes down with force but then stays down and doesn’t spring back . Any ideas what it will be ? I’m a bit of a novice so excuse my terminology lol

Take the foot brake off the bike and grease all moving parts then refit

Its a simple push rod setup.
Your brake pedal pivots on a stub on the frame which is prone to getting dirt and road crap around it.
You might need to remove the exhaust to take it off completely, maybe..............
But a simple enough job in itself.
