It is restricted, if I have adjusted everything now and will change cdi after some days, will I need again adjust something?

And what you recommend to put? Is CDI Motoforce Racing ( https://www.scooter-attack.com/shop...tion/CDIs/MF1200050-CDI-Motoforce-Racing.html ) is good?

 

So I had problems with oil pump and now I am mixing fuel with oil.
But now I have another problem, I start engine let it run for 10min and rpm always are ~3000, when I open choke, rpm drops to ~1600

why with opened choke I have less rpm then with closed?

Assuming everything's tight It sounds to me like you're too poor on the slow jet and/or too poor on the main jet.
I just looked up your carb and the air screw is in fact not an air screw. It influences the amount of petrol going in the slow circuit. This means when you tighten this screw, you are making it leaner, not richer. Back it off a bit and see if that helps with your idle.
How many turns from fully closed is it?
I mean the little screw on the side which is flush with the body of the carb. Not the big one with the spring. That is for adjusting the idle.
Also, what colour is your plug?

 

3,5 turns to close it fully.
The plug is some kind grey, but its light, almost like new.
I warmed it up today and wanted to take ride, when I did half throttle, it shutted down and can't start it again, changed plug and again everything ok.
First plug was wet.
Maybe I have broken carb?

 

Nah. You just had an iffy plug. Wet plug is a sure sign of ignition trouble, usually caused by a duff plug.
Ride it some and have a look at the colour.

 

My carb was broken...
I give my carb to the service, they said it's broken, they putted another 21mm BE and worked fine, but with mine it always give much more mixture..

 

Well stone the crows. Who would have thunk it.

 

What could be this?
I turned screw without spring to the end and then turned it back for 3 turns and my rpm was +/- 100 only.
I think that screw don't affect anything..

And, start is good without problems, but when throttle is open around for half, I am feeling lack of power and rpm goes from ~8500 to ~6500
what this could be?
