Only thing is im using the dellorto carb Thats a gurtner, when there saying the jetting size for the malossi cone filter( mines the same but polini) the jetting is totally different to a delloto 12mm carb I need to no the exact jet i need to be using as i cant figure it out for my self, and even the rollers to use, Im suing 4.4 and as aaron said earlier when it hits 30 its so responsive its unreal and revvy as hell, Sure it dosnt need any lighter, Tomorrow im going to fiddle around with the springs for the last time then if i cant do it tomoz i need to replace the 50 just for college use untill i get another time off college to play again
I've set up my Aerox like this: Top Racing (Doppler ) crank Stage 6 streetrace 70 kit Stage 6 chrome sport pro replica exhaust. Pollini reeds ( essential) dellorto 17.5 carb (82 jet) standard airbox with Mallosi filter Snorkel removed as it would not run with it in Pollini Variator 4 rollers The rear pulley i bought used off fleebay, it's fitted with blue clutch springs and a blue contra spring. (somebody had spent some time on it as the weight of each clutch shoe was marked on it) . At first it seemed a little off tune but as the 70kit loosened up it just all came together and runs really sweet. My friends well sorted 50 can't even look at mine. Like you I almost gave up on it cos nothing seemed to work, the biggest issue which I had was caused by the snorkel yet it was not apparent what the issue was, so basically it is usually something simple which gives the biggest headache but they are not allways obvious. Just stick with it , it will work.
As many of you may no ive had a problem with my aerox. After fitting my stage 6 streetrace 70cc and pro rep exhaust with a polini variator (4.4g Rollers) It was fine till 30 the first run then after every stop and go it was poorer and poorer to 30. So today ive borrowed a clutch of a friend as my shoes were very low and poor and i think its solved the problem of this as it is good to 25-30 everytime, But when i open the throttle to see if its ok it takes a while to get there. Is this the big spring or little springs problem? As if it is i can fiddle around with them as i have a few in the shed. But its now cold and wet and cant check. Cheers Wedge.
and when i next come over i'll bring a little torx screw driver to get my reeds changed over and you can have my blue polini ones?.. i want my green ones back in lol
