Ok I've noticed I keep having to adjusst the mixture for the scoot to start so obviously I aint got it set up right will the jet size have something to do with this? It worked fine for the first day started first time but now I'm having to wind the mixture screw all the way in and sometimes the idle and wind them out til it starts!

needle is at middle! check sat morning was biscuit color! mixture has been fiddled with since so will have to check! I took it for a run just before I think I need to change the jet back to 98 and play with the mixture as it ran sound but took abit fiddling to start it, It does not seem as good as it could be with the current jet size :(

carbs can be a nightmare to set up pal , but you are not that far off now as it runs when you get it going , if its a biscuit white color you are running lean and needs to be upjetted , takes the piss trying to set them up with a open air filter ! you need to be looking at a chocolate brown color on the plug then you no you are more or less bang on

top man , id only go lighter on the rollers if i had a sports pipe fitted tbh , and yeah a kevlar belt is always good , may seem abit sluggish at first but once the belt is worn in you should be away :)

yeah , love the sound of a loud throaty 2 stroke weather it's a scooter or a bike , my rs is loud as balls think i need to repack my silencers when iv put the engine back together , as for the pulling away it sounds like your rollers might need replacing , as it's a learner bike they more than likely haven't been changed in a while lol
