use a center punch place on top of the bolt and give it a good wack on the center punch with a hammer make sure you have used WD40 on them aswell the shock from hitting it will loosen the rust up inside etc

Does it turn over on the electric start? If it turns then I would check to see if you have a spark. Is there fuel getting to the carb, double check. Plug may be wet. Check the filter. Do all the basics and work methodically, eliminating things as you go. Make sure you have the right plug, you may need a shorter thread to suit the head, they come in 3/4 and 1/2 inch thread lengths.
Air could be exhaust manifold, did you use a new gasket.

I just put my 50cc back on this is 2hqts happening air is coming from where the base gasket is every time u kick air comew out of it so the gasket they sent me is rubish so i took the gasket of my 50 and pit it on so i had 2 gaskets and it started but my 50 gasket was in bits so i put the nes gasket on my 50 so am ordering 2 new gaskets also when i was tigten the 70cc on if i over tigten i wont be able to kick it. It hits the head

You may need the shorter reach plug for the 70, let us know how you get on.

Na even when i turn it with out a spark plug it hits the top and the gasket was crap so air was coming out the side if i over tigten it wont move theres a air leak but with two gasket it works and the company said send the kit back and they would inspect it but no point because a new gasket set is 3 pound to send it back is 13 pound

Finally done my bike just installed my stage 6 kit today the top speed is great and the acceleration from 15mph but from 10 to 15 it is slow to go fully so am quessing i need new roller weights so am ordering 7.5g and a new stage 6 air filter for standard air box or maybe 7g

if all other parts are stock the bike should be on stock weight roller.
what exhaust do you have? the cat speedfight uses very heavy roller but the none cat uses 7.5g stock.
i would think you would be good looking at around 6g to 6.5g on a none cat exhaust

I have a vyper 50/70cc sportd exhaust i was reading that the stock rollers for a speedfight is 9g am not sure if thats correct and i dont think they have been changed 4 the sports exhaust brought it with it in already

9g will be fore the speedfight with a catalytic converter exhaust. on a none cat it 7.5g and on a tuned i would start at 6.5g max. but that said a sports kit will run on a stock set up so try 7.5g if you want but 100% would not go higher.

Am going to give 6.5g a try or i may even just get a box and do you know why my airfilter hole has to blocked up with sponge the sponge cant just be in it normally i have to cut sponge and just stuff it under the hole i have cleaned the jets and carb

This is one of the main annoying problems now and you cant just cover it up anyhow if its not covered properly i will get like 30mph covered properly i get 45 right now because i just moved it yesterday i get 38mph i have tried a new air box which didnt work and made it misfire its the tuner racing airbox which has a bigger opening so am guessing i need to upjet because i really want to uae that air box now since i got my kit with that it didnt seem like it needs to be covered
