Hi all Bought my daughter a speedfight 3 125cc 66 plate need some advice as it only does 40mph, Fitted new plug, coil pack, stator, and just had new rollers fitted but still only goes about 40mph, would there be some kind of restriction on it (why restrict a 125 anyway). Also bought a new carb but not fitted as yet. Any advice would be helpful,
