Clock mount finished. Just need to sand & polish it now. Going to tidy the wiring up & start on the bodywork next

    That's a handy bit of carb/tranny kit you've got there -
Wanna get set up ? You gotta have the bits !

Been busy this evening. Cleaned up the jack up kit & fitted the new shock. I've refitted the main stand to make some jobs easier......... Wish I'd done it when the engine was out :D

Haven't much to report, just trying to sort the wiring out. I have bought my paint, so tried the etch primer & colour to see what it looked like. Still undecided, but it's too late now :D

Had a little play this morning while waiting for the missus to get out of bed. Painted the belt cover, quite like the colour now :)

Fitted my manual choke, biggest jet I had & dry fitted the air filter to see what she looks like. Not long before I turn the key & fire her up (shitting myself on the quiet, but quite excited at the same time)

If thats a copy of a malossi e13 filter keep a good eye on it. The cover can pop off on bumpy roads. And if it pops off once it will keep doing it!

    Triumph T595 Green apparently. :)
I called at BS Paints in Stoke on Trent, they will mix your paint & put it into rattle cans for you. Not a bad price either £8.50 ea

Not done too much tonight, still getting the wiring sorted out & fixed the expansion bottle that had been dangling around, which had worn a hole in it. 1 soldering iron & zippy tie later & the hole is fixed. I've sprayed the front fairing too, it looks very nice, I'm glad i chose the colour now.

Cheers for that Well, she lives! Started her up tonight, she fired 1st time, I'm hoping thats a sign of things to come. I have a coolant leak, but thats not too much of an issue. It did pee me off when the fuel line broke & pissed petrol all over my belt cover, I'm hoping it hasn't damaged the paint. I will post a video tomorrow, my home internet is playing up, so wont upload.

i think the whole scoot would look nice in that green with different colour wheels, like what youve done so far, one of the best projects on here for ages
