speedfight 100cc starting problem

i no mate £ 5.55 for the gaskets , £ 10 for rings , £ 3 quid for plug , £5 for coolant so not to dear do all the work me self saves me £100 quid plus in garage fees , wish i had of kept my aerox tbh mines been nothing but trouble since i got it

 

not to bad then, yeah a garage would charge you through the nose for it! This speedfight is my first ped like so not been as bad as it could have been, but as time goes on it does not seem to have been looked after!

 

yeah most learner bikes and scooters never have mate every bike or scooter iv had as been shagged and have had to work on them but at least it keeps you entertained i guess !

 

aye It's a bank of knowledge really! gets me learning how to maintain and fix them I guess! just wish it didn't cost money haha

 

i no yeah same here fella must of spent ££££'s these past 6 years on bikes lol wish i was back at college though saved me a fortune in tool's and stuff like antifreeze and that which i have now had to buy lol

 

Great being at college with access to equipment like, going to see if i can drop my panels into the body shop and get them painted for next to nout aswell haha!

 

yeah it is ah mate , i never did body and paint i just did car mechanics for 3 years makes working on little 2 strokes a peace of piss really , saw your attempt at the red bull racing paint scheme hows that going

 

thats what I'm doing now in my 3rd year of it! it's whether or not to trust the smack heads in the body shop! I've got the silver panels done! roughly but I've put the painting on hold for now! after a new carb and inlet soon! I want to get the motor running sound!

 

yeah i wouldn't trust no fucker round by me , they would probably thieve my panels lol , and yeah that's sound then , you thinking of a bigger carb or standard one

 

I've got some shitty gurtner py thing on at the minute I've been looking at the dellorto stage 6 21mm with the s6 inlet nd an open airfilter!

 

yeah the gurtner carbs are shite lol , and id stick a bigger inlet on and a gilera runner sp 125 carb (20.5mm dellorto )

 

deffo going for bigger inlet and unsure on carb yet but its more than likely gonna be 21mm ish

that's not too bad really mate , id uprate the reed valve as well while i was there

 

I think the inlet comes with the reed set! so bonus really!

ordered the 21mm carb today after I nearly kicked 7 bells out of my scooter, as I'm missing the air intake pipe It sucks in water and it pissed it down on the way to college!

getting rid of the the gurtner and getting a s6 21mm

 

oh dear mate , at least you got that beast of a carb on the way should be a lot more responsive with that bolted on as long as its set up correctly

 

realised I ordered the 19mm by mistake as I was rushing the order but never mind its going on! sooner that gurtner is off and killed with fire the better!
