Speed/Rev Limiter

Can you just stick a reflector on your num plate then take it off after the MOT if u dont have 1 cus i cut down the hanger.

So is £100 a bump for this limiter then? I won't be able to do it myself and i cant get my dad to do it even though hes an electrician (for obv reasons)

 

yeah can just stick one on then remove afetr. and the limiter it is abit much as a couple of people have said.
