    Hello guys,

Partners has just got out hospitals so I can get the pictures today.

    Just a update:

The bike has a wicked blue spark, I have tried to kick the bike over and every single kick I do smoke comes out of the exhaust,

If I keep trying to kick it the bike will back fire, I haven't managed to get it started as of it

    What Iv Changed

    HT Lead
    Coil
    Piston and barrel
    Stator and pick up

    Thanks

    hmmmm....
did you follow my advice about the choke curcuit? im out of ideas if its not that, possibly a blocked exhaust or crank seals.... but try with the carb/choke clean first, and maybe change the auto choke too

Crank seals or weak mixture is my guess. A weak mix will cause a backfire, a blocked exhaust just makes more noise.

Thanks for all your help lads...

My friend had a speed fight engine, so swap my piston and barrel also the stator, swapped it all over gave it a kick and what do you know it started

Must have been compression or a faulty stator then. Were the old barrel and piston scored at all?

I used the same piston and barrel and the same stator, so must have been the woodruff key or crank, or compression
