PIAGGIO Skipper 125 ST 2005 good bike or not it reminds me of the typhoon

thats the 2t version isnt it?

if so its a typhoon engine on a commuter style scoot.

yer im preety sure its 2 stroke

the newer ones are not 2 stroke

its a 4 stroke 2 value air cooled unit

compared to a runner vx they are pig slow and the engine breaing on one is a right pain in the arse

its a 2004

anything over 02 is 4 stroke

aww thats well disapointin what sort of speed would it reach

60-65 if your lucky

not too bad i guess, would i be able to tune it atal with it being 4 stroke

just repklace it with a decent engine

i fink they look all right they was a boy up the ace cafe once on a 172 skipper with a gilera runnner engine and a top box doing 12 oclock wheeles and from then since i aint seen another like it

ye they do look nice but 4 strokes are a pain cant really do much too them, just swap the engine or look at other bikes

thas my m8 gareth... uppies and an ac 125 not a 172, but ye was scrapin the box anyway. got an r6 now

yh i fault it was a 172 it had skipper 172 on the bottom of the number plate and he had a delidery jacket on good rider

the very very old skippers were 2 strokes so you can 172 them

the newer ones are 4 stroke 2 valves, you can get a 190 kit for them not sure what they go like i dont think too great

just out of interest are the older skippers panels the same as the sfera on the back? because they look pretty similar to me

I have a 2003 skipper st125 4st, their quite good peds seems to be quite reliable.. When I first got mine used with 6.5k on the clock it only did 60 on the clock, After spending some money and giving it a service, I now get 70mph on the clock on a nice road.
