vivacity fork's fit straight on the speed fight with little / no modification as long as you have the steering stem and yoke you should be fine

most probably just stick with the vivacity forks and paint or polish them up.

Gonna order the forks and rear shock this weekend..

Might go with the BITUBO 290mm that ramo found, basically i want the shortest shock possible.
http://www.scooter-center.com/product/SC101ZZB01/Shock absorber rear BITUBO YZB 290mm Gilera Runner FX FXR?meta=SC101ZZB01*scd_ALL_en*s17994566596240*Shock

Iv found some spanking new SHOWA USD vivacity forks on Ebay 119.95 +7.95 p+p UK GBP (using american keyboard, no pound sign)

Then im going to need to buy a set of matching wheels off an NGR (drum brake rear) 12" or 13" not sure what size to go with yet.

    Ordered the BITUBO YZB 290mm..
the size of the shock and jack-up kit on the pug at the moment is 330mm thats a 40mm drop and when i move the mount on the frame back an inch or so it will drop it some more, im hoping i get a nice engine angle.. fingers crossed!

and i didnt order the forks i was talking about before as they wernt made by SHOWA i messaged the seller on ebay and he said there made by WXTop.. never heard of them?

instead iv baught some good condition second hand SHOWA's and ill rebuild and paint them.

This is mine so far. Pwk 28mm flatsided carb. ram air filter. malossi reed valve. dobbler boost bottle. kundo race pipe. Also has i high spark coil cap and lead (this thing works first tried it on my speedfight 100cc made such a difference starts much easyer and spark is much stronger. Then put a irodium spark plug also is very good

im going with 13" wheels and the biggest front disc possible with a massive calliper braided hose basically the top b*llox everything.
as soon as iv got the suspension ill buy the wheels then weld up the bottom mount and move the top mount to a suitable position, after the engines in and welded properly the project will start to take shape alot faster.. cant wait to send off the frame to get shot blasted/powdercoated.

i bet you speedy is rapid, dont you get a speed wobble with that front end? i neerly lost it at 65mph going round a slight bend.. sh*t maself!

Engines to power full for turning full stop. If you go slow the bike is much more responsive than the speedfight so you have to get used to it started of abit wobbley. Ent trying top end cornering on it the standered front end is much to soft and wobbly when i get it back from its mot im striping my peugeot metal x 100cc puting the front end on this the forks on that are perfect my metal x used to corner just right. also need to wait till im paid as paid hell of alot on geting imobilizer and alarm fitted.

yh man thats what you need im not too bothered about security as i wont be leaving mine anywere un-attended, its gonna be a daytime use scooter for hot days and get polished more than i ride it..

But still iv baught a chinese made immobiliser alarm with remote start off ebay there good aslong as you dont get the module wet, i fitted one to mine before but the remote start didnt work unless you had the key neer the ignition becaus the peugeot has its own immobiliser built in, the only problem was it got wet and fried my wiring loom but thats my fault:mad:
