    Yeah point taken.

You can buy through the website when it is ready. Until then, ie end of May, you can save 10% on your order. That is £ 10.00 on every £100 spent. Considering its always safer to pay by phone and the person you speak to is a part qualified motorbike technician and motorbike racer (not a salesman), you a probably missing out.

"10% off" or "Keep your credit". Hmmm, I would rather save 30 squid and buy a load of credit.

Anyway, if you send us your part nos by email, we will call you back anyhows.

will there be someone at the end of the phone at 6:30 am in the morning,

not just a random time i pulled out a hat....the exact time i last put an order in on a fancy picture website, for incidentally £170!!

one of your rivals by the way ;)

    Oh I see.

We will not be there at that time (nor should you...maybe you a vampire). But you can email it over and we can get your order when we start work. We could send you back a payment link to pay for goods. Sounds messy! But it is only the same as an online shop.

Anyway, what are you giving us a hard time for. Sounds like you like buying elsewhere anyway.

What we said was, if you want to order direct of scootermatix:
Send us your part numbers and quantities. We can sort that out.

If you want it sorted, phone us. Lee is there and can take your calls.

As for Daryl, he is a Scootermatix Dealer, a dyno centre. We are next door, we are not the same. So if you want tuning goto Daryl. If you want parts shipped to home, call us and we will sort it.

But don't be slagging Lee off. Simplez.

I've just spoke to Lee, he has been trying to sort out your requirements this morning. He has been running around for you. I hear you are mixing and matching handle bars and stem and changed the colour. He has spent the morning sorting you a replacement in white.

By email - send part numbers. Easy.
By phone - we can sort requirements. Easy.

Requirements mean, you don't know what you want and we've got to look for you.

The reason was with requirements is

I requested 2 items, usually id just pop into the shop and order then go pick up

but at the moment i am unable to as my scooters are currently off the road

Soon as i get word youll take paypal from me and not the queens finest ill send payment then bike it over when the items are in stock

I'd usually phone daryl on his personal number or go see him but i wanted to see how the email ordering worked

Alas ill use scootermatix till the cows come home, the only other site ive ever ordered off was donotlink pedstop to the sum of £493 5months back when i didnt even know scootermatix existed

you then joined UKSF and i found out were you was based, after going and seeing daryl & lee i got to know who you were and what you did/prices and ive used you for parts & repairs/mods for the last few weeks on my speedfight 100

Heck i even recommended 2 of my best m8's to use you after they were going to use another shop and spend there very hard earned pennys there

Daryls earnt himself alot of custom thru myself i the coming weeks ;)

P.S. all i want to do is order my stem and bars and give you money for them, im actually itching to give the money to you

    OK. Whatever.

You send me your mobile number. I will call you and sort it out.

You can have your handle bars and stems and you can pay for them. This is not a big deal for us and you don't need to make it one. If we desperately need Paypal, I can get that sorted.

So, send me your telephone no. and I will sort it.

    Hi Breamy,

You must decide who you want to order off
    -------------------------------------------
-If you are ordering from a dealer, i.e. Daryl, please speak to them direct. Do not email / call us. Not being funny, its just we will end up with a spare load of parts sat around
-If you are ordering direct, you must call Scootermatix on 01709 860958 and sort with Lee.

If you are ordering of us direct, deal with Lee. I hope this is really clear.

    Kind of.

Scootermatix does not accept cash or paypal. Our dealers might do. As most are shops too they probably all accept money over the counter. I couldn't tell you specifics. Dealers will also buy and re-ship parts.

If you want parts direct, you must order from Scootermatix. We can source for you, or simply accept your parts order. Eitherway, it is delivered to your own address. It is not for collection at a dealers premesis, it is to your own address.

    Glad we've got that sorted.

PS. Lee may well be in the workshop with Daryl, they do share a Kettle.

    Rgds
