scooter tyres

    said they can get the contis, Michelin s1 or Avon vyper strikes any good on them

    they said ideal for long distance and good all round tyre so looks like these are the ones

    Best way to check out a tyre,that's been on a bike a long time - even if it looks like it's still got the cast on,is to deflate it slightly.and knead it a bit/so's to get an idea of what condition it's really in & what stresses it may go through under pressure whilst riding fully pumped up.;).

    getting them fitted Tues night lol went for the contis with tyres and fitting less then a hundred so better then the dunlop 306

    yeah plan to go for a ride on them to wear them in abit how bad can they be at cornering enough for the bike to come off the road

    hopefully will notice a difference between my old Dunlop's to the new contis lol

    well had the contis fitted and noticed a big difference they grip to the road better, and a much smoother ride.

    before the bike would struggle to get to 40mph and takes ages to get over that now it goes over that will easy and I can get to 50mph and still wants to go more lol but hates going over 50mph lol

    used to struggle up hills hits 30mph on old tires but felt really slow I can now do 40mph easy on hills.

    I can only think it was a rubbish tire very old they took ages to warm up hence lack of speed and were not at correct tire pressure but bike was built in 2007 and were still original tires 19 years old lol

    took the chance to try the contis in the rain behaved just as good as in the dry no twitching didn't push the scooter to full speed would rather be injury free lol but impressed by them and would recommend them
