Hi Guy's
Can you please point me in the right direction to set up my Runner.
Spec as follows.
Polini EVO 2 Crank
Polini EVO Speed Drive.
Malossi 70cc MHR Rep Kit.
9 Roller Polini Variator.
20.5mm runner Carb, K@N Filter, running 98 jet.
125 Inlet running Malossi reeds.
Polini Gear up kit.
At the moment while running in, i have fitted my Leo Vinci ZX pipe, once run in i'll use the Polini Evo Race Pipe.
At the moment it seems fine at low to medium revs, but when trying to increase revs to full throttlle, it seems as if it bogs down, produces a hell of a lot of intake noise but not exactly setting the world on fire. Almost as if holding back.
Any help very much appreciated, as with this setup i was hoping it would fly!!!!
Please help.
Cheers Scott.

Take it to a dyno and get it setup right.... simple!
I have said this a million and one times if anyone has all this cash to spend on tuning your scooter engine it is must to pay a few qwid to get it setup on a dyno so as you are getting the most out of your engines and all your roller and jetting issues will get sorted and be spot on.
Every scooter i have ever owned that had tuning parts on has ALWAYS left any sort of dyno up on power and runing better than before it went in even if i thought the scooter was runing great before it went in.
dyno setup is down to opperator.. and even then can still be way out. full power on a dyno isnt correct setup for on a road with a person.. just best max power. anyhting ive ever had on a dyno (bike wise anyway) ive ended up playing wiht as it wasent how i like it.. as for paying somone every time you change a part whats the point,
learn to get it close, when its built how you want it built dyno it.. then stop tunning..
