i went holiday so havent done anything , i got everything on the video the back 'axel' is moving up and down also in and out , crank is not moving anywhere and as you lot mentioned its hard to spin the fly wheel because of the compression , so does that mean my end bearing is gone??

I think that your bearings gone in the gear box or it's come out its shaft. that's not good lol. little movement is fine but that is bad....

Yeah. Or yours has fallen out ? You'll need it pressed back into the new bearing though.

did u check all the bearings in the gear box mate. and mainly the one in the gearbox cover that the rear shaft came out of. usually they dont usually just fall/come out easy, a little tug/taps normal to get them out and by the way it was moving up and down dint look right. being a rolling nut you do have a bit of play on the shaft in and out but not up an down. tidy skoot tho, wish i could keep myn clean but its used every day all day and ragged everywhere, engines all i care about and thats tuned enough lol !!!
