is that belt tight now? (is it all the way to the outer of the clutch in other words...) looks saggy as hell
its saggy because i pushed it down the clutch with my fingers, that way the belt dont get trapped when you tighten up the front pulley it all returns to normal once you start her up and pull away...and of course your variator dont come loose half way down the street
Looking good get some vids. Im sort of doing the same thing now as i have extra tuning bits. Oh and ive heard of bad things with stage six clutches like them falling apart but i dont know if they have sorted this problem. That front pulley looks good i might have to get one for my Nrg but doesnt this mean no electric start only kick. Oh and if you want a gear up i might be selling some soon .
yeah will let you all know how i get on with the clutch, ive been looking at quite a few euro scooter set ups recently, and 1 thing struck me... stage 6 tuning parts feature on most of them.... yes unfortunately the front pulley means no electric starter my original outer pulley was getting worn, and this stage 6 part was cheaper than a piaggio replacement...its a nice bit of kit though, very very light...and you can discard the plastic fan as well (it dont need one)
very very nice scoot and motor, dont normally like runners but yours is smart looks good, go's good the perfect ride sip was doing clear cases for a few engines, also ally ones with cutouts so you can see all your expensive bits wizzing round
I've seen these befor ages ago but I don't think they were reccommended as they just get dirty really quickly and you'll need to clean it stupid amount of times a day lol
need to replace the strength of the tranny cover.. can make one if theres a 1" steel plate behind it to hold the engine together tho... or just window out the cover and infill with plastic/leave empty like everyone else.. its a nice space to write your name tho still and its not THAT hard to cut straight if you take your time and work out to where you want the hole
are you mad, its dark out there...there could be spiders or anything  anyway ive opened a  now
i ordered the stage 6 ready pressed gear kit... so its literally a case of replacing 2 gears in the gearbox
