hmm i thought the exhaust port in the evo would be bigger, issit because one is minrelia other piaggio or has one been ported ?

now i see a pic of a evo bore im getting confused which one is which. it is the evo 1 with a bridged exhaust port. oh and your flowing and matching is looking good i have been reading and looking all over the net for a while and i should be doing some cases soon. I have a 70 and a 172 engine that i will be building ill do a page like this when i get all the parts. oh and looks like we will have simaler setups but my cases are standard at the moment.

evo 1 is a twin bridged port.. the evo 2 uses the 3 port desighn, it has larger/wider transfers than the rep and the hight an width of the zaust is diff.. the single ring piston is the main difference as it allows for much larger transfer ports but a smaller boost port/ports
keep it up, can go deeper with the grove benieth the stud.. just be prepared to backfill with chemical metal as its pritty thin as it is.. just grind like mad m8, wont be disapointed

nah, i do it so i can carve a big MRT logo on there its not a malossi barrel if you mod it.. christ pm take things out of one box, then put them in another and call it there work

hahaha like that idea Capridave black cylinders and ALU heads look sick, prefer black and grey and like you said people wont suspect anything unless you blip the throttle lol and reveal the noise it growls... nice!
