removing the barstewarding clucth from aerox

    a bit od advice about buying the clutch tool

    buy a 38mm socket/clutch tool for the mineralli

    not the some of the biggest scooter shops stock (42mm like I bought)

    josh i bought a 42mm and it was too small for my standard clutch bell

    you cant have dec unless youve got a clutch nut too big than usual from somewhere?

    i bought a 42mm and that was too big

    on scooter attack it says aswell

    just make your own tool.
    buy a strip of metal cut it so theres one larger strip and one smaller
    drill some holes and attatch the smaller one about half way up the longer strip on a bolt, so its not too tight and you can swing it....make sure the 2 tops of the strips are similar levels.
    drill a hole in the end of each strip and place a nut and bolt in them and tighten them up...these should then fit nicely into two holes on your clutch bell. and when it does jsut tighten up the middle nut and bolt so it holds it securely and the bottom of the large strip will swing round and wont be able to go further then the ground (obviously) so will stop the bell from turning.
    then jsut gt your socket on the nut and crack it off. simple.
    but its much easier to buy an impact gun...even the electric 12v car cigarette lighter 1's work fine ;)
