Thanks for the tips guy on wot 2 go for, really duno wot im gonna do, im gonna ave a gd fink bout it and decided wen i get bk from Holiday as i go on Monday.

Here's a lil update for u b4 i go away, as i said i got the wheels from Connor, Got the rear wheel on and took a quick pick of it.



As u can see from the pic thres scratches on the Wheel and as it been Powdercoated already, it cant b dont again so it puts that of the question. Theres deeper chips that u cant see in the pic aswell

Thats wot the guy from the Powder-Coating company said, if they been done b4 they cant b one again coz the powder wont stick 2 the wheel.

So im gonna get the blue wheels done instead and have the white 1's stripped and painted

he's talking out his bum.... you shot blast the old stuff off then re powder coat them in what ever colour you want,

how do they think people change what colour there wheels are .... dulux and a brush?

try a different shop james mate,

ps what colour you want to do?

Yeah what fireman sam said, I nitromorsed my wheels before I sent them for powdercoat.

where about's you located?

so you definitely going with the white and red colours?

james man! sell those blue ones on ebay to cut your losses and get the white ones sandblasted and powdercoated. the money you get from the blue ones should cover the sand blasting at least?

OR

try and touch up the white ones? depending on how bad they are(dont look too bad from pics?) i know its bodge but you gotta make the best of a bad situation right? it might not look half bad once touched up. youll only be kicking yourself the first time you dink your brand new powdercoated wheels.

for touching those wheels up use a bit of white hammerite and a little tiny paintbrush. ive done white wheels before with white hammerite it looked good. ive got white hammerite here if you wanted to try when you get back or somthing?

why are you cryiing? i come half way with the stuff all you had to do was take a sec look at them and said if you wanted them or not no skin off my nose, you took them your fault thats how i got them couldnt be botherd to wipe them down so i told you they needed it yousaid ok thats fine.
if you had said no you do it i would have then told you the con.

Just Had Sum Goodies tune up at my door this morning, just need 2 order the Crank Bearings and then everythin is ready for Minor 2 cum pick up on Sunday :grin:

Ive started to fit my water pump and ive got it in the same position as Shiny has in the pic




All i need 2 do is wire it up 2 the loom so it turns on at the same time as everythin else, can sum 1 help, i cant get hold of shiny atm lol

Finally got the Water Pump workin, Well i fink its workin lol, I know that if its workin properly then there shud be coolent cummin bk 2 the coolents bottle but shud the b loads cummin bk or wud that b becoz of the pump i have.

Yup goin well, Engine will b sorted in the cumming weeks, wen thas bk in the bike i will concerntrate on gettin it look how i want it

when you put the ellecy pump in did you block off the old mechanical one in the engine or are you just running both???

The water pump in the engine dont work, thats the reason for the Electric Pump
