What punishment do you get in UK for getting caught with a bag?

I got busted with 1/8 oz. that I bought in San Francisco, while I was driving through Utah. $550 US dollars was the fine. No court, or jail.

but yeah in england they are pretty strict on weed heads....

theyle take you to court and throw the book at you, just to get as much money as they possiby can, comunity orders , 300 hours unpaid work etc...

rarely results in prison sentance unless its posesstion with intent to suply, thats a whooole different ball game.

lol, me and a few of my mates got caught for smokin res back in year 8. The school over reacted like crazy, parents in, police in, all in the headmasters office. police cleared out lockers, bags everything. They go a bit over the top on weed nowadays at every school, but we all know the teachers used to do it imp:

had to do a breathalyser and a piss test they guarded the toilet window so obviously nobody who don't drink/drugs can't pass anything through in any means to like help somebody pass the test.

My receptionist who has been there 33 years has never had to do a drugs test until that day... everybody had to even manager of the branch, if you failed to provide the test you'd be suspended with unpaid and 99% of being fired.

as for drug tests, never heard of anyone getting tested at work in my area, heard that sucking on a penny can get you through a breathalyser test tho LOL anyone fancy risking a 6 month ban to see if it works?
