yea you can fit both and mine was on a moped we had laying around at work so i cut it off and welded it onto mine at the angle i wanted, you can buy them of pedparts.com

yea i was on 100mm drop but was toooo low for every day now running 85mm with mk2 golf front splitter

 

ok right i want coilovers for my cinq but gunna get insurance sorted first
