I had that power in my old 180 could bring it up at like 40mph.

really inspired me, as im going to customise all my panels aswell....hmm....
i've got plenty of snapped lugs on my ped, will fibreglassing them on actually work proper and keep them on perfrectly strong?

 

visuals look great especialy the way you have rounded the air intake bit!! great work!! any idea what colour your sprayin it?? any engine mods!!

Ooooh I can lend a hand fibreglassing .....fibreglassing lugs on are not too strong, I plastic welded the ones I needed, not sure if its in the project, but the inside of the front right hand panel has a headlight lug. This was bent and almost snapped...plastic weld and held in shape for a couple of days with pegs etc and was fine.

Thanks mate, yea had a few ideas on the air intake, decided on this in the end.....not sure on colours yet....I've thought of like a dark or matt silver....or half green, half blue, with offcentre viper stripes breaking it up.

The only thing close to a engine mod would be a custom exhaust, so no, no engine mods lol (it is a 4 stroke after all :rofl: )

Things look a lot better when you have cash to do them. I'm doin my pug on virtually zero funds. Skint til the end of the month.
All I spent on mine so far is £35 - £25 for the piston and a tenner on some new seals for the engine.
There's more to come I'm guessing... tax disc holder, indicator lenses...

On the rear got clear lenses with the LED light. Have you looked at the front panels on where the lenses would go ?
