Fire I don't think there is that much to even do a couple panels because it looks like it's already had thinners in it. Maybe some airbrush touches or something I dunno.

Yeah sh0x, just lil bits as a tribute, just as a reminder ;)

Ooo smurf, they gooood int they

Yeah minor, from what I gathered of what you said :p , pretty much the same as the sprinter but cutting after the shock mount and having a bar across so the shock is supported. Yeah that's what I thought that it was just to hold the spoiler and rear light because it's almost like tin at the back. The tank is already out because I'll be running premix. Battery will be moved to near the seat latch I think, don't need any underseat space, maybe for some oil though to carry about.

I was going to use a CBR RR seat, haven't really thought it through yet. First thing to do it cut the frame I think, but was thinking, I don't need the seat bucket in the frame to do the rear panels but it would help to see clearance.

deffo cut the frame, then seat bucket, THEN bolt trhe pans on and mark where your gonna cut them wiht fine line, stand back and THINK....

get ALL the mountings from the runner pans but cut the rest off (place the new seat over and basicly eye up what you can and cant see) the runner pannels fill the gap between the seat bucket/front pannels and eachother.

even if you use entirely different pannels, the original runner joins WILL need to be in place for the pans to fit the bike. so skeleton the pannels... this making sence?

Ohh yeh man I've had lots of mock ups. Had a look without the frame cut and slicing up old panels etc. I've tryed mocking up with just the seat bucket too (out the frame) but yeah first job is cut the frame.

Need a couple random panels for complete set, front 3 are getting moulded together. I was going to mount the original headlight in the normal place but about 1"-2" inwards then fibreglass over to get the r1 look then mount the lights.

I wanna do all this but ain't got the time at the moment. The pans will bolt on fine, using the original seat bucket holes but maybe using bigger screws depending on how it is.

Thanks though, keep ya ideas coming ;)

    Sorry, not an update.

At the moment I have no interest in this project and was wondering if anybody would be interested in buying it?

If there is no interest I might do it in the summer.
