Today I'm gonna assess what needs doing, make a plan, and a list of things needed to get but first updates will be panel work probably.

    Lol you nuttas.

Spent a few hours out there today. Put the frame on a engine cradle with wheels so I can move it about n mount panels easier. Tallied up some panels I need.

Decided the rear of the frame will be cut as it's only a spoiler/rear light support and not a strengthening part. But reusing the cut of frame to strengthen the rear anyway. Removing oil tank, cutting up seat bucket, relocating battery.

Going to need to make a wanted list for parts I need but not need them desperately obviously. Also going to need to know about stems and renthals or protapers (what's better) Ermmm, so yeah that's about it for now.

renthals/ protapers are the same, switchgear go for gilera ice/dna, as they do exactly what you want and is a original piaggio part so easy towire up, as for stems ill advise when u get one, get hte same as me bgm, its got a bit that slides inside the fork stem and tightens and clamps to the inside which is alot safer then the other 1 bolt stems which all ym mates have brought and thrown away in exchange to buy mine. obviously koso clocks. lookin good jeff as soon as i see you posted in projects i was hoping ti was a new project which it was keep up the good work

Cheers JJ did you notice your renthals in the paint idea? hehe

Oh right I didn't know if protapers were bigger, fatter or anything. Either will do. I'll look out for the switchgears then, want to make them look a bit different maybe don't know yet. BGM it is, I knew there would be a lot out there n it's good to ask people who have used them rather than going for looks n price. Yeah I'll get some koso's or similar, I'll check them out. Hehe yeah, I've been waiting for one to come along n 1 finally has.

Another thing I've always wanted to do is different wheels and twin front disks. Obviously need hubs machined up but I've got time for that. On another forum you said you had those 5 spoke ones? What are they like, not sure if I'd go for them or not, but gonna look for a nice set of rims to adapt maybe.

Thanks for ya help though :hello:

thats a rear rim i got, made my keisler, originally for a 50, to be used with a hub it coems supplied with and a sr 50 disk, but shiyn has confirmed he is sure he can sonvert it for use with a 125 disk and rear axle, although i may end up selling if your intrested as i have a tsab and it may not be asble to use it, and i dotn really fancy leaving my 200 quid bit of bling off!!!

yeah noticed the renthals there was starring for ages thrying to work out where i seen them before :confused:cratch: then i noticed!
