Hi All , Bit of an update on the 70cc conversion oldschool dragster , Had to canonbalise another dragster that was written off to make this one as its a ground up build ( Yep another one bites the dust ). Engine is now all rebuilt & tuned to the tune of 12.68bhp on the dyno with some nice PM tuning goodies on. PM 72rcc exhaust. Panels now in paint Things i need Minerelli engine kickstart case , Pref with kickstart mech as these are a ballache to get in stage 6 quick action throttle & a decent hydrodip company around the hampshire area Any recommendations ?
nice project. i have just got a 125 dragster 12.68 bhp thats probably more than my 125 dragster.it just about does 70mph on the motorway . what i like about the 50cc is there are so many engine parts for them even new crankcases. i take it that bolt is the front sis arm bolt
Agreed , Most of which are ££££££ to sorce. Yep thats the old sis arm bolt vs new. Its seen better days..... , For my next project wouldnt mind doing the "Asbo" 172 obligatory malossi engine to stick in a 125 frame now i have the fundimental sorted on this project.
