Problem with lights

Hey, mates!

Yesterday i put new indicator lights to my scooter, but there is a small problem - lights don't run a should be; they don't rotate well and the orange light wasn't so bright ..
My scooter - Keeway Matrix 50cc
Lights - INDICATOR BULBS STR8 LED - ROTATE from str8


Please help me with advice.
I will answer to all questions related with scooter nad lights.
