Police question wether this is a pillion seat

    Hi there, I got pulled over today.
    The police questioned wether what my pillion was sat on was a seat..
    I'm right in thinking this is a pillion seat aren't I?

    is there rear footpags fitted, if so its for a pillion IMHO....not that i'd like to use it or have to travel any distance on it...and I bet its hard work stopping on it too

    Thanks for the reply, yes there are places for the pillions feet and handles to hold onto.
    To be perfectly honest the addition of a 8stone girl really does go unnoticed when it comes to stopping haha :)
    I have to give it to Yamaha or Brembo, the brakes are unrivalled compared to my Suzuki katana ay50 brakes.

    double disc ;) and fat tires help pot alot and yh it is a pilon seat i used it and it want best experience lol.
    why would they ask you that question anyway ?

    They asked me because they believed it wasn't a seat.
    To quote: "are you sure? It doesn't look like a seat".

    My Suzuki Katana AY50 had a disk on the front wheel and a drum in the rear.
    Doesn't compare to the aerox :)
