dunno.. few people have me it was ported, but the guy i got it off doesnt really know bout bikes that much.
the bike came with a recipt for 2wheels for a 172 kit, gold billet, few little bits and it was £800..thats what makes me think 2wheels ported it because it dont cost 400 to fit a 172 and a billet :confused:arc:

finally someone who agrees with me, everyone thinks vx forks are so good because they boucne to wheelie easier, but bouce liek shit round orners malossis are glued and stick to the road and yeah it is harder to wheelies because there stiffer but sod that they look better perform better jsut boucne a bit harder im used to it now.

I think one of the reasons people don't use them is because they are very rare to find second hand and people don't want to buy them brand new because of the cost when they can get a PM for like £100-£200.

If a malossi/polini/jolly moto came up second hand when I get my next 180 I'd probably get one but don't think I'd buy new because of the cost.

Cheers for the replys lads, very informative.

Apart from the odd none well recorded youtube clip, does anyone have any info on the sound of these pipes ?

I.e i have heard people say that the pm59 sounds like a crosser, and the malossi is a bit deeper. Also the Jolly is a lot quieter.

Anyone heard any of these to do a quick comparison ?

    Many thanks

    Ricky

The normal pm end can sounds like two saucepans being whacked together i dont really like the sound. however the sound of the limited edition titanium endcan sounds very nice. but yeh as you said malossi is a lot deeper and much more aggresive, makes the pm sounds like a girls pipe
