You need to go through the stages of checks. 1: How much compression does it have? Use a compression tester and post the readings please. Should be 100psi or above. 2: Put a new spark plug in regardless, make sure it has a good bright blue spark. 3: Clean the carb thoroughly. 4: Clean or replace the air filter 5: Check for fuel in the float bowl. 6: Crank the bike for 10 seconds only, check the spark plug. If it is dry then fuel is not getting to the plug. If it is soaking wet then either too much fuel and not enough air or the compression is so low it cannot fire the fuel.
If it's got low compression then it's not fine. Beg, borrow, but don't steal a proper compression tester. It's the only way to properly rule out that the piston is knackered or not. You'll be chasing your tail for ages otherwise.
