Piggin zip. To be or not to be?

Hey everyone. This is only my second post as I missed out on buying a nice low mileage aerox a little while ago for me and my wife to use.
However I've come across a zip 50 2t. I know it's air cooled so won't be as powerful.
It's one of the last 2 stroke zips and we need it for a daily 6 miles commute. I would be derestricting it.
Would it be up to it?
What sort of speed realistically will it do? 35ish?

I have one in my garage on a 51 plate that is already drestricted and will go through the MOT later today and then up for sale at around £400
Been resprayed a nice metallic blue colour, new brakes and new rear tyre as well.

Yes it'll be up to commuting mileage, that's what they were primarily built for.
I built and tuned the hell out of one a few years ago, went like stink and was reliable as well.
