As North says there is a small amount of modification to the mounts, but was very very slight. We're going to make it run on the original zip loom, there's been a few parts needed to be added to the Zip but everything has been put in properly so there's not a cable tie in site.

Was going to take it out for it's first road run last night, but it got late and unfortunately had a couple of minor problems. Mixed with the fact it's not insured we decided to call it a day, hopefully the final push will be made over the weekend. :beg:

We put most of it back together last night and boy, does it look a sleeper! Unfortunately I haven't gotten around to putting the original back wheel on yet so from the back end it does look like a 125, but it looks mean! As for how the rest of it looks, shed would be a great way to put it! But will definitely be a sleeper and a half.

i dont think u can use the zip loom mate the wires are thinner than the 1's on a 125 loom

Yeah we knew there was a lot of problems but would of liked to attempt to make it run correctly from the original loom. Not really had any time to look at it lately, I think the loom will be being swapped soon - despite the numerous suggestions from people I'm not going to let it be just another bodge.

Depending on money I might leave it off the road for the rest of the month and get some paint on it too. :)

Not a massive update but the Typhoon loom got put on tonight! There's now fully functioning lights, indicators etc so happy about that. Got a little late tonight so decided to call it a day, need some new bulbs and I snapped the red plastic cover over the rear light as it was glued on.

The thing is going to look a complete scrapper Wednesday, but all goes well it should be together and on road! Worry about the wheels turning first and how it looks second.

Hopefully next update will have pictures and hopefully a couple of videos. :)

All done and dusted mate! Mate come round last night and did the wiring, didn't take him too long at all. Everything is working as it should the only thing we've lost at the moment is warning lights and speedo light but we're going to look into that later.

Couple of pictures going up at the bottom of the first post, looks a shed but goes well!

A lot of it to be honest was my mate, I can't take much credit really haha. But I'm glad it's been done how it has and I know it's all been done properly. Paint as you say needs doing, still deciding on a colour scheme to be honest, fancy another stealth matte black scoot.

Really, really need an exhaust though would love terro's malossi but just outside the price range at the minute! :bye: Might do the paint next and don't worry the mudguard will definitely be off!

Wheels done! Looks quite smart I think they'll look good when on, going to respray the rear panel as the original idea didn't come out as well as I wanted :( praying that my exhaust arrives tomorrow!
