    Hello Guys, I have not been on here lately cause of family problems, but last week i got my piaggio zip back on road. pictures below;

    That was my piaggio zip it was in quite good condition for 54 plate and only done 4800km.

    I was out on it other day practicing my wheelying and was going well all night until on way home i flipped it. :( was gutted, not too much damage, snapped reg, smashed back light, broke back panel and scratched exhaust.

    This is were the project begins with custom spray paint and improve all round.

    I got new back panel and spoiler for £20 and i've already sprayed the spoiler preparing the back panel. Here is some pictures;

    Sanded the handlebar panel, indicators. Pictures below

    This is one of the indicators painted black;

    Now onto the handlebar panel, this was a little bit more tricky as it had a few cracks so i had to glue them back together with proper plastic glue then sand it to cover the lines and blend it. Here is some pictures;

    Where the white patch is, that was where there was a big crack, you can see the cracks on the next picture down from the back of the panel.

    This is the first coat of paint, it is going to need a fair few coats and let dry for awhile between each coat as its not just a metallic green paint its a sparkly metallic green paint. i will take close ups to try get sparkle when finished painting it.
