Well I carried on with doing the kit, Turned out alright in my opinion I feel i've gone far to thin on the transfer ports though lol.

Going to stop completly now and just clean it up a little, As I've still not got round to buying some books as everywhere was shut, Going today though so going to spend a day or two reading that. I couldn't make them both look the same though is that a bad thing ? I tried it for size transfers are way bigger than standad. Need to start reading on that next haha. Time to spend time locked in a cupboard with a flash light and a book :)

No idea what the hell you have done to the dividers of the transfer feeds. Did you grind down the top of them?!

you have no base gasket area you can fix that with chemical metal no need to go so wide for a 50cc too. and as terro said you fucked the dividers get yourself a pencil grip attachment to do it properly. exhaust port could be alot better too also try to smooth it out as much as possible.
get a few 2t tuning books i.e grayham bell two stroke tuning oh and its not a great idea to port a 50cc barrel even graham did it and his didnt last long.
also the heads are shit on 50s i belive tnt or doppler made a replacment.
have a look about on eure tuning sites to get a idea of what others do.

I started this thread a long time ago, The picture is a Old Polini Sport I had, Cracked right in the middle. I know i've skrewed it up pretty much. I bought the graham bell two stroke book, Don't understand it to be frank. I was origanlly going to learn to do it on this kit then transfer it onto my new sport. Now I don't think I will cause I'm such a fuck up lol. Where can I buy a pencil grip ?? Thanks For the Advice.
