Piaggio Zip 4T cylinder upgrade advice

Deep winter is all over my country but this is the perfect time to shop from local stores. So today this was delivered to me:

The winter is gone and I'm with my Piaggio again. So after change the oil I managed to install the new CDI from the previous post. And beleive me the improvement was enormous. In the acceleration and the top speed also. I easy reach 70-75 km/h. I was afraid the my little engine revs too high so I mount this kind of rev meter

Max engine rpms which I can reach is 9000. Is it too high?

 

Now I have new rear tire. I was riding with original CST - 11 years old tyres which was hard as plastic.
