Piaggio zip 250 build

    Zips finished now but silent block is crap getting some polyurethane a85 in the week to make a new one

    This is the new project 1998 Gilera runner sp 50

    The plan on this little beauty strip and reinforce frame second shock mount modify engine mount got to make it 2 inch longer for the exhaust to clear the pivot powder coated all frame parts yellow or red new set of black evo panels 300 x9 engine new suspension front and rear bigger brakes :)

    Back to the zip I clocked 127 mph on the motorway but going to confirm with GPS and video it she Is a bit of a hand full running koso 32 flat slide powerjet carb malossi cdi full malossi drivetrain and a custom gp pipe

    you blown 7th spot and dropped into second with a 127mph on that monster :)

    She truly is a calabrone wheelies at 90 I rode 50 miles need a new rear tyre what you think about the plan for the runner

    i think the runner will push about 125-135 if you have anything to do with it lol

    The hornet is alive !!!! sounds like you had some ear to ear smiling fun then lol

    I got off it and had the shakes was fun I put the standard carb and exhaust back on it to se how much difference it made still ass clenching but only went 95 but she's silent pulled up to a gsxr 600 beat it to 80 lol bloke looked at me like wtf

    lol you 100% have a sweet little sleeper then, folks look at it think MEH ITS NOWT , then she hauls off like a pro drag bike lol .

    Shakes, yeah i have that when i get off Pedro mind you its not due to the eyebending speed more so the ass freezing weather.
    i am just sorting pedro out now, new 17.5mm carb to cure some overheat at wot. and got a new pipe installed (12mm carbs just dont work right any more lol )

    I've just got 2 piaggio 50 liquid cooled engines ones a pure jet fuel injection and the other is a 70 cc with 21mm carb was contemplating making a 200cc twin
