Piaggio typhoon panels on nrg?

Right ive got a picture nrg mc3
I would like to know if piaggio typhoon panels will fit the rear I know I'll have to change seat and bucket I've seen a few posts on here saying your have to chop the frame?
But them I see a post where a moderator on here said the fit with no modifications?
Has anyone done it before?
