Piaggio Typhoon 2018 2 stroke wont start

    I went out yesterday and was running fine and got to my friends.Was there a hour and bike took about 20 seconds to start.Got home and bike stalled then would not start.
    I have a spark and a wet plug.Air filter is dry but engine just turns over any nothing.
    I did put Hydra PIC-24 in the tank 3 days ago and only just used the bike yesterday,
    Does anybody have any suggestions,
