Piaggio Skipper 125cc Headlights ?

hello folks , so im used to ol pedro and its funky single buld hi/low beam setup but have now upgraded to something a bit more bigger.

i am puzzled with my headlamps , when i turn on the lamps the left side lamp comes on , if i shift switch from sidebeam to main beam the left lights stay on ( projector style ) , Now if i press the high beam the right lamp lights up and the left stays on.

is the left light the mainbeam or is it sidelight and i am missing my mainbeam ?
