Piaggio Medley 125cc any good?

My dad's uncle has retired two year ago, he put his Piaggio in a garage and never used again. Now he is move to a small bungalow because of difficulties with walking.
He has put the Piaggio up for sale of £1200 it is 2016 (66 reg) with 5643 miles on the clock, he will sell me for £800 if I want it.

I did a bit of search on Google is not a many details of this bike it does not said:
how much bhp?
Top speed?
Is that 2 or 4 stroke?
Are they good reliable?
Are this really made in Italy? (it looks a bit cheap flimsy plastic I am assure it made in China?)

Anyone own same scooter before?

Decent commuting scooter, been around for a while in many different forms, proven engine if looked after.
4 stroke engine
Top speed around 60 - 65 mph

Nearly everything is made in china these days, try spending a day NOT using anything made in china..........
