PGO T-Rex 50 Starter Motor

Hi, my son has a 53 plate PGO T-Rex and the starter motor has gone on it. The repair shop keep getting sent the wrong part. I have the engine number from the V5, does anyone know how I can find out what the correct replacement part would be? Thanks for any help, I've no idea about mopeds but it's suddenly become my problem!

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately they don’t recognise the model. Is there any way of working out what spare to order, using the existing starter motor as a reference?

Hi thanks very much for sending this through. We have ordered this part before and for some reason it’s not the right part. Is there anyway of identifying the part using the existing one? Thanks again
