no rocking chairs but we do have straight jackets.. why dya ask? no you cant take us back to that horid place! we have MAGIC HATS NOW!
sorry. were only like this when we haven't had our medication. this is why were not aloud out much.
take the lines off and pop down to your local bike shop, they should be able to help.. unless someone with a brain turns up soon..

I had a search on eBay for speedfight/trekker. Going by the descriptions it looks like they're 5mm internal so I went with that.

We don't have a bike shop round here apart from halfords but you said "helpful" so that's out of the question.

ahh right, hopefully stevep or scuba will be along soon.
I know how "helpful" Halfords can be, ive unfortunately worked in one of their autocentres as a mechanic, if you think the customer service in normal store is bad, don't ever go to a autocentre, the one I worked at tried to put a broken spring fixed back together with get this... bluetack and a bit of chemimetal onto a car, use brake pads out of the scrap bin and tried to bodge a gear linkage on a vw polo and I was only there a week or two at most. theres a reason theyre called halfrauds.
they only ever do half a job and are run by frauds.

5mm sounds about right though, its a fairly common size, not just fuel line, but for vacuum pipes and all sorts
