I’m working on a Peugeot Satelis 250 and have needed to replace the swing arm bearing which was seriously damaged. Having started to refit the back wheel onto the shaft I am sure some parts are missing from the main shaft so I was seeing if anyone can help. The wheel has a conical spacer which appears to go on first. I then have the wheel slid on. I assume the next spacer fits tight to the wheel bearing but then I just have a main shaft nut. The bearing is fully exposed, no large dust washers, dust covers etc so can anyone tell me exactly what spacers, washers, nuts and covers I should have and in which order they fit? The Oem pdf diagrams really don’t help, Cheers
I think it looks something like this: I know it says Piaggio, but I'm sure the Satelis has the Piaggio Leader engine in it........
That's exactly the diagram that I couldn't seem to find. I'm only missing the nut cap but it still seems odd the the bearing doesn't have any kind of protective cover. Thanks for finding that for me
I would think it should have a cover on both sides From the bearing number on the diagram above I have found the one for the UK and it can have rubber or metal covers both side but please check the size to yours Here is the link https://simplybearings.co.uk/shop/advanced_search_result.php?keywords1=17&keywords2=47&keywords3=14&
